What is the difference between the configurator and the design service?
With the configurator, you design your shirt yourself and see your design live. You choose symbols, texts and colors yourself. With the design service, we create the design for you: you send us your wishes, symbols and inside jokes, and we turn them into your personal Doodle design. You receive a preview before printing.
Why does the configurator cost 49.99 € and the design service 59.99 €?
In the configurator, you create the design yourself, which is why this option is cheaper. With the design service, we take care of the design work, create a personal preview and make small adjustments if needed.
Do you check my design before printing?
Yes. Whether you design it yourself or choose our design service, we briefly check before printing whether your design is technically ready to print. If something does not fit, such as details being too small, restricted motifs or technical issues, we will contact you with a suitable solution.
Can I make changes after ordering?
With the design service, you receive a preview by email before printing and can request small adjustments. Please also check your spam folder so you do not miss the design approval. With the configurator, you design your shirt live yourself. After ordering, we check it technically. If something is not printable, we will contact you.
How long does delivery take?
Design, production and shipping usually take 7–14 business days. With the design service, the timing also depends on how quickly you approve the preview. Please also check your spam folder after ordering so you do not miss our design approval email. With the configurator, it can often be a little faster because you already create the design yourself.
Which motifs cannot be created?
Official logos, brands, series characters, club crests, band logos or copyrighted motifs cannot be used. We also do not create discriminatory, violent, political or extremist content. We are happy to create a neutral alternative in the Pencil Poetry style.
