Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.

Shipping Methods and Costs:
We offer standard shipping. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies, if available, to orders over €100. The applicable shipping costs or free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.

Processing Times:
Each product is personalized and made especially for you.

After your order, we create your personal Doodle design and send you a design preview for approval. Once you have approved the design, your product will be produced and prepared for shipping.

The full process usually takes around 7–14 business days, depending on how quickly the design preview is approved.

Delivery Times:
Germany: usually 3–7 business days after shipping.
European Union: usually 7–14 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Customs and Import Fees:
We currently ship within Germany and the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, if offered in the future, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply. These must be paid by the recipient.

Returns:
Because our products are personalized and made especially for you, returns are generally excluded. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us so we can find a solution.
