What is Pencil Poetry?

Pencil Poetry transforms your memories into hand-drawn works of art. We create unique illustrations from your photos and offer you the opportunity to personalize them.
How to order

How does the order work?
Place your order: Select your desired product and upload your photo. You can optionally specify further personalization requests.
Design preview: Within 1-4 working days you will receive an email with a preview of your artwork.
Unlimited corrections: Not happy with the design? No problem! Let us know your change requests and we will adjust your artwork free of charge.
Production and shipping: As soon as you are satisfied with the design, your artwork goes into production. It will then be ready for dispatch within 4-5 days.

Design and personalization
Can I personalize my artwork? Yes! You can personalize your artwork in various areas, for example by choosing texts, colors or additional elements.
What kind of photos are best suited? High-quality photos with good resolution and lighting deliver the best results. We would be happy to advise you on the selection of your photo! Simply contact us by e-mail.
Can I personalize my embroidered products? Yes! We can turn your photos into line art and embroider your products with your new work of art.

Delivery and shipping

How long does delivery take? The delivery time is made up of the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time for the creation of your artwork is 2-4 days. Your order will then be shipped to you within 4-5 working days, depending on the shipping option.

Can I cancel or return my order? Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our artwork, cancellations or returns are not possible once production has begun. However, you have the option to make unlimited corrections to your design until you are completely satisfied.
